Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the company's business, the functions and related logic of software and hardware products, update and maintain various types and versions of products in a timely manner, and provide customers with comprehensive consulting services;
2. Communicate with customers, collect, sort out and judge needs, and propose docking plans;
3. Understand the customer's on-site environment, be responsible for the installation and deployment of the product, solve various technical problems in the implementation, and troubleshooting;
4. Responsible for communicating with the customer's technical team, and training customers on product use, daily maintenance and problem-solving methods;
Job Requirements:
Education & Major Requirements: 2025 undergraduate and master's students, major in computer, electronics, communication, IT, marketing, trade and other related majors;
Requirements: Graduated from an overseas university
Ability requirements: strong communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure;
Language requirements: Thai is available as a working language.
