Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand the company's sales target and market strategy, and have an in-depth understanding of the United States regional team and business progress and risks; Objective early warning and collaborative problem solving;
2. Manage the sales project process, deeply understand and grasp the sales objectives, strategies and milestones of the project, and complete the daily and weekly follow-up items; Organize internal resources to solve project problems; Phased project review;
3. Review sales management rules, train and ensure that the sales system masters the implementation of compliance rules, and reviews the OA process in price, bidding, contract and agent; Actively explore compliance pain points and build an institutional system;
4. Accumulate the sales process database (bidding, analysis, review, project process), refine experience and playing methods;
5. Explore regional market, customer and competition trends, improve market business understanding, and apply it to the sales management process;
6. Assist the person in charge of sales to implement related matters and improve the efficiency of sales business operation.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, management, project, statistics are preferred;
2. Proficient in written and spoken English;
3. Preliminary understanding of project management and sales process;
4. Integrity, modesty, strong execution and clear logical thinking;
5. Excellent communication and coordination, learning ability and organizational ability; High concentration and willingness;
6. United States school graduates.
