4. Cultivation pathways
Rotation stage: At the beginning of employment, a six-month rotation training will be conducted in the Beijing R&D headquarters to improve product knowledge and professional and technical capabilities through work and learning in multiple R&D teams;
Growth stage: After returning to the territory, apply the training knowledge to the actual work, give full play to the professional expertise, and solve problems independently or even be responsible for the work of a certain module;
Take-off stage: according to the training direction, grow in the direction of managers or technical experts, take charge of themselves, assume more important job responsibilities, and become business backbones and excellent managers
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, 2025 graduates
2. Major: Computer, information engineering, IT communication, AI and other related technology majors
3. Language ability: fluent in English, can be used in working language (non-English speaking countries require local language proficiency, such as German and English fluency in Germany, and fluency in Japanese in Japan)
4. Strong self-motivation and organizational skills, willing to continue learning and growing
