    International Logistics Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    Daily operation management:
    1. Responsible for processing the application for the production and sealing of documents such as import and export declaration and inspection of international goods;
    2. Responsible for daily international express delivery, track the status of cargo transportation, and report abnormalities in a timely manner.
    Document Management:
    3. Responsible for sorting and archiving international logistics related documents into the company's ERP to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information;
    4. Responsible for monthly freight data statistics and freight OA application;
    5. Responsible for daily operation, order registration in the ledger and system.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Educational background
    Educational requirements: Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, international trade, business English and other related majors are preferred.
    2. Language skills
    English ability: good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to read and write English work emails, complete logistics communication with foreign colleagues or customers, CET-4 level and above, CET-6 level is preferred.
    3. Professional skills
    Professional knowledge: familiar with the basic delivery process, Incoterms and customs declaration and inspection process of international logistics.
    Computer skills: proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT.
    Experience in logistics management system operation: preferred.
    4. Work experience
    Experience: Fresh graduates with international logistics internship is preferred.
    Personal qualities
    Communication skills: strong communication skills and good sense of service, strong communication skills.
    Ability to work under pressure: International logistics work is fast-paced and requires a certain ability to work under pressure.
    Careful and conscientious: work carefully and methodically to ensure the smooth progress of all work.
    Teamwork: Ability to work closely with other departments to complete delivery tasks.
    6. Other requirements
    Professional ethics: Have good professional ethics and professional conduct, be able to keep the company's secrets and safeguard the company's interests.
    Learning ability: Strong learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly adapt to new working environments and business processes.
