The pilot achieved a 24% coupon redemption rate, significantly outperforming traditional in‑store and third‑party digital benchmarks, and demonstrating the commercial potential of retail media.

Beyond promotions, Hanshow and CR Vanguard are extending this approach through AI‑driven in‑store intelligence, using smart screens to enable personalized product recommendations and optimized shopping paths—embedding marketing naturally into the shopping journey.
